Price is per person and includes the following side items: one potato and rice item, two salad items, one vegetable item, rolls and breads, and coffee station. Each additional side item is 50¢ per person.
  • Meal cost includes tables, decorating, linen table cloths and skirting as well as (Grand Island Room and off premises)

    • Waitstaff dressed in uniform for easy identification by guests
  • Off-premises Catering:
    • Foam table service and plastic flatware is standard for off premises catering
    • China plates and silver flatware is an additional $2.00 per person. Set-up & pick-up of plates and flatware is included to your location.
